Week 2 Tasks

Well after last weeks meeting, we have ascertained what each persons role will be. So for next week we need to have completed the Requirements Engineering stage. We have chosen to use the Spiral Methodology

Daniel - Complete a General Project plan, Brief Specification, and write up the interview notes
Adam - Complete the Feasability Study and Full Study Report (or it's Spiral equivalent)
Darius - Help Adam with the Full Study Report (or it's Spiral equivalent)
Denis - Send documentation about the Spiral Diagram to everyone, either by hosting or via e-mail by the end of 01/11

With the exception of Denis, all this work needs to be finished by the 06/11 in order to put us on track.

Project Decision

We have now chosen our project, A blank e-commerce website. Our roles will be

1. Daniel - System Analysist/Project Manager/(tiny bit of website design)
2. Denis - Database designer/Website Developer/(tiny bit of systems analysis)
3. Darius - Database Co-ordinator/Website Developer/(tiny bit of system analysis)

Well first mission,
